Publication of the deliverable 1.3 on QBlade Ocean training

This report summarises the work done in Task 1.3 of Work Package 1 dedicated to the development of the open-source wind turbine simulation software suite QBlade Ocean to enable the simulation of offshore wind turbine platforms.

Deliverable 1.3 revolves around the preparation of the software package and corresponding training material to facilitate uptake of the code and general public use.
